When you decide to purchase ErecPower products, your order will be automatically processed after you fill in the order form and your payment is confirmed.

Within 60 hours, you will receive an email with your shipping tracking ID and a personalized link that allows you to check your shipment status at any time. Orders are shipped via UPS. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost or stolen packages shipped via UPS.

Where can I receive my order?

We will deliver your ordered products wherever you want — your home, workplace, or any physical address you provide.

Can the billing address differ from the shipping address?

Yes. Simply provide both addresses on your order form.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Domestic packages typically arrive within 5–10 working days after ordering.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Within 60 hours after placing your order you will receive an email with your shipping tracking ID and a link to track your package at any time.

I entered an incorrect shipping address. What should I do?

Contact us immediately at [email protected]. Due to high order volume, orders go into our fulfillment center immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after 24 hours. ErecPower is NOT responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered by the buyer.

Cancellation Policy

If you contact us within 24 hours of purchase, we can cancel your order. After 24 hours, or once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. If your order has already shipped, you will need to return the package — please notify us immediately at [email protected] with a valid tracking number.
